The world generates 2 billion tonnes of municipal solid waste annually. Hyzon’s parter Raven SR has readily deployable breakthrough technology to convert this waste into hydrogen with low-to-negative carbon intensity. 

Fueled with Raven hydrogen, every mile driven by a Hyzon truck diverts 2 kilograms of waste from landfills and avoids 2 kilograms CO2 equivalent. One full garbage truck can produce enough hydrogen to fill 30 heavy-duty hydrogen trucks.

This is one of the only non-combustion, waste-to-hydrogen processes in the world. No oxygen is utilized in the process, eliminating combustion and avoiding the creation of toxic pollutants. Together, we are fueling the transportation of the future.
